Registration is meaningful in the Church of God, serving as an expression of your individual and collective commitment to the movement. Annual registration is a statement of covenant relationship and is a requirement for all licensed and ordained ministers according to the Credentials Manual. 

Registering with the state provides the Texas Credentials Committee with the necessary information to generate the annual list of ministers and ministries in good standing, which is reported to the Church of God Ministries Office in Anderson, IN. It also helps us ensure we have the most current information on credentialed ministers and ministries within the state of Texas.

Registering with the national office affirms your affiliation with the Church of God, includes your information in the online Church of God directory and gives you access to said directory, and provides you with a ministerial identification card.
